As long as they have a legitimate set of circumstances that they can backup. I believe if a customer is told something it should be honored. If you are to take the survey make sure you have 10-15 minutes to kill as it was the most extensive survey I been asked to complete for free. And stating that the restaurant staff in the bar at the café I have submitted a survey giving high regard to the way I was treated there. I believe in giving kudos when Customer Service is shown. In speaking with the manager at the club desk I was told that they wouldn’t honor it. On my next visit everything it updated in the system however when I swiped at the kiosk I received no reward. At that point I was told it hadn’t updated in the system but when it did I would have a reward all I would have to do is swipe my card at the kiosk and it would show me a icon of my card that I could touch and it would give me the reward. I spoke with someone in the rewards center right after I achieved the next level. About a month and a half later I earned the points to move up to the next tier. I was told that it had just expired however I was able to show the Club representative where it was still being promoted online. I had a very similar experience to Envie from Fairfield only my experience happened in July. That would make me feel good about returning. I will add that everyone I spoke to was warm and personable. The manager has to be interrupted every time someone wants their food discount? The store discount doesn't start until 11am? The answer is simple: have all the bonuses be added to the card when you swipe at the kiosk. But it was 10am and the discount doesn't kick in until 11am. I go over to the shop to get my wife a shirt.

By the way when I went back for my coffee, there was another Classic Rocker trying to use his paper food voucher like I did. And why she couldn't authorize it herself. I asked why the credit couldn't just be added to the card like the free play. I walk over and the desk person said she had to take the voucher to her manager in the back for the food discount to be added to my card. I go to get coffee and was told that I had to take the voucher back to the service desk (across the casino) and it will be redeemed on my card. It may not be a lot but some free play and free coffee are nice.

I logged in at the kiosk and 5$ was added to my card plus I got a food voucher for 5$ and a 25% discount voucher for the store. The benefits work but the process is a mess. I went there on the 4th for the Classic Rocker special, every Tuesday from 8-4 for those of us over 55. Clean, great sound system, friendly employees.
