Room is nice, average, nothing outstanding. Shlep to the room which is on the other side of the earth (be ready to walk a LONG WAY to get to anything around here). Huh? How about fixing that or at least don't tell guests to expect an email that won't ever come! Back to wait in bellman line to get luggage (2 minutes, thank you). Wait, what? Why didn't you send us an email, like you said? Uh, sorry, but no one ever gets the emails so we probably didn't send it. Finally, about 9pm, we walked the long trek back to the hotel front desk where they said our room was ready and has been for hours. Then, went to casino for a little while more. So, we went to the casino (won a bunch of money, thank you). Virtually the entire line of folks waiting for check-in were being told room not ready and they'll get an email.

Then, had to wait in line by bellman to get luggage stowed away while waiting for room to be ready: 10 minutes (now I have to tip a bellman because they didn't have my room ready). Waited in a line at the express check-in by parking garage atop be referred to the express check-in by the front desk.
